Center for Democratic Transition is conducting research concierning transparency of financing the nongovernmental organizations that receive funds from the state and municipal budget. This research will be conducted for the first time in Montenegro.
Research includes analysis of ways of obtaining funds from state and municipal sources, and analysis of proper consumption of fund that are gained from state and municipal sources. As part of this research we will analyze the transparency of non-governmental organizations that receive funds from state and municipalities.
The aim of this research is to improve procedures regarding obtaining funds from the state budget and municipalities, the procedure concerning the expenditure of the funds received from state budget and municipalities as well as increasing the transparency of non-governmental organizations that receive funds from the state budget and local municipalities. The research is being conducted in the period of October - December 2010.
