Dragan Koprivica – Executive Director
Dragan was born in Nikšić on July 24th, 1978. He completed elementary education and high school in Economics in Nikšić, and he graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. He is currently on master studies, department for the Economy of public sector.
Dragan is one of founders of the Center for Democratic Transition. He has participated in developing and organizing of all the previous CDT projects as a Regional Coordinator, Program Coordinator or Deputy Director. He was elected as Executive Director on the decision of the CDT Managing Board on December 24, 2009. He also coordinates program Good Governance.
Dragan was a participant and lecturer o many trainings, seminars and conferences, on regional and international level. He is an author of many publications and he has expertise in election monitoring, parliamentary development, internship in state institutions, organization, networking, management and human resources, democracy and good governance.
He speaks English language.

Milana Čabarkapa – Deputy Executive Director
Milana was born on March 9, 1986 in Pljevlja, where she completed primary school and Gymnasium. She earned BA and the title of the specialist in legal sciences (with an average mark of 9.34) from the Law Faculty of the University of Montenegro. Currently, she is a student of Post-graduate Studies in the field of the "Law of the European Union" at the Faculty of Legal Sciences.
Milana participated on many seminars, trainings and conferences concerning democracy, human rights and European law, as well as in many competitions concerning human rights and International Humanitarian Law.
She was an intern at the Secretariat for Legislation where she also worked for three years. Currently, she is an Assistant on subjects Company Law, Trade Law and Financial Law, at the Law Faculty in Podgorica.
She holds the position of Deputy Director from April 2011.
She speaks the English language fluently and has basic knowledge of Russian and German.

Blažo Crvenica – Member of Executive Board
Blažo was born in Podgorica on March 10, 1978. He completed elementary and secondary school in Podgorica. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.
Blazo has a long working experience in NGO sector, a rich experience as an electoral observer as well as around 1000 publications that he graphically designed.
He joined CDT in 2003 as a trainee of the pilot generation of the Internship Program in the Parliament of Montenegro.
He has been working as a CDT Program Coordinator in the period from January 2007 to December 2009, and coordinated program Publishing. Currently, he is a member of the Executive Board in charge of finance and IT.
He speaks English and has basic knowledge of French.

Bojan Baća, MA – Research Coordinator
Bojan was born in Sarajevo on August 25, 1984. He received his Bachelor (GPA: 9.86/10) and postgraduate Specialist Degree (9.03/10) in International Relations from the University of Montenegro. In 2009, he graduated from Central European University with an M.A. in Sociology and Social Anthropology ("with distinction": 3.95/4.00). He is currently a doctorate student in the Department of Sociology at York University.
Bojan was awarded several times during his studies: upon completion of the Bachelor Studies, he received the Award for the Best Student of the Faculty of Political Science; and upon the completion of the Master Program, he was awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.
He has been in CDT since July 2009, and he coordinates Research program.
Bojan speaks English fluently.

Biljana Pejović – Secretary General
Biljana was born in Podgorica on July 12, 1983. She finished elementary and high school in Novi Sad. She graduated from the Law Faculty in Podgorica, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, Department of International Economics.
She was a trainee of the VI generation of the Internship Program in the Parliament of Montenegro, in the Committee for Constitutional Questions and Legislation, and also a trainee of the pilot generation of the Internship Program in Ministry of Defense, Sector for Defense Policy, Department for NATO.
Biljana participated on many seminars, study visits and trainings concerning European and Euro Atlantic integrations, democracy and human rights.
Since September 2010 she worked in CDT as a Deputy Secretary General. In October 2011 she became Secretary General.
She speaks English and has basic knowledge of German and Spanish.

Đorđije Brkuljan – Project Coordinator
Đorđije was born in Nikšić on May 9, 1984. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica, the Diplomacy and International Relations Department, and completed basic and specialist studies.
He was trainee of the pilot generation of the Internship Program in Ministry of Defense, Sector for Defense Policy, Department for International Cooperation.
He participated at numerous seminars, trainings and conferences related to good governance, political dialogue, gender balance, management and youth education, on national and international level, and he also have great experience as an electoral observer.
He works in CDT since November 2010 as Project Coordinator.
He speaks English and has basic knowledge of Macedonian and French.

Ivana Drakić – Project Coordinator
Ivana was born in Podgorica on July 2, 1987. She completed elementary and secondary school in Podgorica. She completed undergraduate and specialization studies at the Faculty for Political Sciences in Podgorica. Ivana spent her third year of undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi in the US as the alumni of the FORECAST/USAID cultural exchange program.
She participated at many conferences, seminars and trainings related to European integrations, good governance and political dialogue, on national and international level.
Ivana joined CDT team in November, 2010 as Project Coordinator.
She speaks English, and has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.

Biljana Jovanović – Project Coordinator
Biljana was born in Kotor on July 13th, 1987. She finished elementary and secondary school in Kotor. She completed undergraduate and specialization studies at the Faculty for Political Sciences in Podgorica, Department for European studies. She is currently engaged in master program at the same faculty where she also worked as a demonstrator in 2010/2011.
Biljana was a trainee of VIII generation of Internship Program and she completed her internship in The Ministry of Culture of Montenegro. From October 2010 to June 2011, Biljana was working as intern in CDT.
She participated on many seminars, conferences and trainings related to European and Euro Atlantic integrations.
In June 2011 she started to work as Coordinator Assistant.
She speaks English and Italian fluently, and she has basic knowledge of Spanish.

Bojan Tešić – probationer
Bojan was born in Tuzla on April 8th, 1984. He finished elementary and secondary school in Nikšić. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.
Bojan has alarge experience in fields of web design, programming and graphic design.
Since Mart 2011, Bojan is working as intern in CDT.
He speaks English language.

Branko Kankaraš – probationer
Branko was born 07 June in 1987. in Nikšić.
He completed three years of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.
Branko has had a good experience in networking and communications.
He speaks English and have knowledge of Italian language.

Ivan Šuković – probationer
Ivan was born on 25 July in 1986. in Podgorica.
Elementary and secondary school in Podgorica. Undergraduate and Master's degree from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management in Podgorica.
He worked as a marketing manager in the daily newspaper "Republika", also as a marketing manager at a furniture store "Lux NAMOS Arredo Casa", sales of Coca-Cola Hellenic's.
He speaks English language.
