Manual "How to influence the public policies?"

Manual "How to influence the public policies?" has been prepared within the project "Open institutions" which has been implemented by CDT. Manual is produced in a partnership with CSO GONG (Croatia). Project is an EU-funded project managed by the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro.

The Manual describes and explains the legislative process ranging from the first drafts written in the ministries to the Law adoption in the Parliament, as well as procedures and tactics that ensure CSO's participation and influence in the decision-making process. The aim of the Manual is to introduce new knowledge and practices to NGOs in Montenegro.
